Fellow hobbyist do any of you use fake names when booking appointments.  It seems that nearly every provider I have known uses fake (stage names).  It seems that giving providers confidential information such as real names could be dangerous.  I had a friend that got caught up in a sting when the police found his infirmation in the address book and computer of a provider.  Just wondering?

Seems to me that if you DONT have to give a provider your name atleast, she stands a chance of getting raped, killed, busted or whatever. Not saying you are that kind of gent but this stuff DOES happen often. Do you REALLY expect a provider to use her real name? YOU really expect you just saying, "hey I am Dick or Harry" and that suppose to be good? Really? You using a fake name and a provider using a fake name are two totally different things.  
I know A well known HOBBYIST here in Atlanta that was busted (apparently he scheduled with an officer) and then he was threating girls, now going to MnGs etc... Like he has no fear now! Do I think he is assisting LE? YES without a doubt! This danger thing is a lot more dangerous to the ladies trust me. Not just LE but crazy people too. Not saying you guys are risk free but you are a lot less at risk than us. I have NEVER heard of a provider doing the raping and killing but I have heard horror stories of this stuff happening to ladies. Pretty scary!
I am also wondering how your friend got caught up in a sting by his info being in an address book. That doesnt PROVE shit happened does it? Did they track him down and come and arrest him? I am really curious about that. I have always wondered about this as I have heard of madams releasing info after being busted on the news before. I just dont see how that would stand up in court but I may be wrong. To catch just one lady is a misdemeanor NOT a felony and to think LE would go through all that over that doent make sense to me. Seems like that would cost way to much money. Everyone has SOME rights and we are SUPPOSE to be innocent until proven guilty ( I know that is not always the case though) Are you sure the lady didnt roll on her client to get herself out of trouble?
If you use a fake name with most ladies I know and word gets out you will be on a DNS quik! raises to many red flags.
I would highly suggest if you want to play, be honest and say your name to the lady UNLESS you have a ton of excellent references and then I could understand BUT the gents that do have a ton of refs had to at one time give their real name to someone.

There are many ways a smart and resourceful Provider can screen without being overly intrusive.  I would never, ever give my real name, much less my place of employment, as part of the screening process and anyone to put that information in one of the web forms used by some Providers fall into two categories: 1. Single and unemployed, or 2. Stupid.

I have seen well over 100 Providers in the last 10 years and have never given my real name and employment information as part of the screening process.  So yes, I use a fake name until I get comfortable with a Provider.

Your point is well taken but some of the providers are and have been heavily investigated and are being brought up for charges that are felonies.  This happens more than you think and has happened in the greater Atlanta area more than once.  
Yes I do personally know some hobbyist that have been caught up in these type investigations.
I think using real names and giving providers your addresses is a major risk for hobbyist.
Any information that LE finds when they are going after someone that is a felony becomes a material witness or subject to the investigation.

How do you know about the ladies being investigated and how do you know they are being brought up on felony charges? I see you have read my post. You also know hobbyist that have been "caught up" I am sorry but in all my years of providing even I dont know but a few that have had issues. How do you all these people and how do you know what is to come?

Would you really expect a lady to give you her real name? Or address etc? How does she know you're not a stalker or some other crazy?

Your fake name approach may result in some unexpected results when a provider checks your ID.

Every woman has a certain comfort level for safety and discretion of both parties. If you can't, or won't abide by her requirements, try a different lady with different requirements.
