Now ladies want 90 minutes to two hour and that's way too much time since I am older now. I also miss our great agencies. I know a lot of shit happen a year ago but I remember there was an agency bust before the one that happened one year ago and the impact was much smaller.

The only similarity between those two events is the bust involved agencies. There is far to much info about the event a year ago for me to repost here. I recommend you search posts on this board from late December 2016 to about February 2017.
...the recovery while it will happen is going to take more time. The earlier one you mentioned was very narrowly focused. The most recent event was much more wide spread and involved many in the community.

The agency that was busted listed a large number of highly rated providers with an average price point of $300 per hour. That competition kept the prices in Atlanta lower for everyone because they presented a viable alternative in the market place. Many current providers have taken advantage of their absence to charge a higher rate. Obviously, they are making money or the rates would come down. They can see a lower number of customers and still make as much or more at the higher price point. It's called Free Enterprise.
You mentioned the rates have risen. I began testing the waters of sugar daddy. I will be returning to regular providers and TER. The sugar babies seemed to have increased their allowances to $500-$600 per meeting. One gal wanted $2,200 per month. I turned all of them down.
I love the free market for pussy. There is a price point for every pocket. An hour is my minimum for outcall with no additional fee within the Atlanta Metro area. *** The feds did promise to raise interest rates this year *** so I gave myself a cost of living raise, I was 300, now 350. But, if we’ve already met, your donation remains what it was.
Thus for my first year as an independent my rates were 300. Now that I live further from the city and have a much longer commute to Atlanta my rate for an hour is 350. If I book an incall I always get a hotel and the cost comes out of the 350; therefore I occasionally earn less than the original 300 but a girl has to be flexible to stay afloat sometimes. Once I get my breasts, my rate will go up to 400 to match current market prices for busty girls with similar stats. Who wants to help me earn my boobs?

Hell, No one asks anyone to agree on market terms. If they don’t fit your liking get out of the market. It’s supply and demand. Much of the supply went down and demand stayed consistent. Those of us not touting a big bankroll take a back seat. Eventually, they move around to a better market or supply comes back up or enough of us put a hold on the hobby, and prices drop for those using this as a means to live on. That is obviously not the case for many providers I’ve met, but the bottom line is that it is what it is.
