Thank you Londyn for explaining that.  
I usually use text if I need to contact someone on short notice - assuming I've met her and know her number of course.
I haven't used the real time chat feature though TER.
But I see it could come in handy sometimes - especially chatting up a new lady you've never met before.  ;-)

Is there a benefit to the ladies to be "Online Now"? I have noticed when looking at the reviews for Atlanta that a few ladies have been listed as "online now" for several days. Just curious. Thanks in advance. Brian

I've wondered about the reasoning behind placing the girls who are online now at the top of the new review search (even when they don't have new reviews).  Seems a bit strange.  

I suppose so you can notice them easily and chat with them real time?  Which I've never done btw...  

Maybe someone else knows the history here.  Oh gurus of TER please enlighten us...  :-)

whether the online lady has a new review or not.

To me not fair to a newly reviewed lady especially if she is new.
