Yes, noone uses TER local up there.  You aren't going to find them much able to access our board, or find it reliable.  Just have refs ready.

You aren't going to get recommendations here without agenda, so check Eros-see who appeals to you, and then come on here and check their reviews.   Careful of the ones who message you.

You would prob do better to come into town.  But, at this point-noone even knows your type.  

I'd ask Archetypical on our board-he has seen people here, he could have some insight for you.

You may get some response but many will be hesitant since you have no history here.
