I don’t speak for anyone else, but I would never, and have never, booked time with anyone who didn’t have authentic reviews. Beware of fake reviewers. Their work is transparent to experienced clients.

To attract reviews, post an ad on the Atlanta Buzz Board. You’ll need a free image hosting site (like ImgBB) in order to post a picture in your ad. You won’t be able to link your website in the ad (until you add the TER logo to your website), but you can put your phone or email or social media handles. Go ahead and peruse the ads on the Buzz Board to get an idea of what you may want to write in your ad.
Keep participating in these discussion boards to showcase your personality, and definitely get on social media (Twitter, BlueSky, Instagram, etc.) to do the same. A TER client will eventually TOFTT. That means Take One For The Team, and it’s referring to a client taking a chance on you despite not having any reviews.
Once you get a few TER reviews, you’ll be able to link your board handle to your review profile page. I believe you can do that by emailing [email protected] from the email you signed up with and including a link to your review profile, your board handle, and asking them to link the two. Then, when you participate in discussions, everyone can click on your name and be taken your review profile. But, that’s after you get a couple reviews.
Another benefit to having reviews here, besides the free publicity, is you’ll be allowed to sign up on Preferred411, another ad site, which will further legitimize your reputation.
