is due to waiting for the flu season to end and i have been working out of State a lot.  I used to see one of the Brazilians on a regular basis so i am planning to just go see her and no one else, because she may be one of the safest.

I can relate.  It's caused some concern and space in my mind.  I tend to book clients that make me feel no risk.  And I have probably passed on some wonderful gentlemen.  Ugh is right.

So much for the 6th amendment and the right to a speedy trial. If I was one of the accused, I'd be pulling my hair out by now, tired of sitting on pins and needles waiting to see what happens next.  
You'd think that some (or all) of the defense attorneys would have demanded a trial date or for all charges to be dropped by now. I'm still betting that the RICO charges get dropped and the solicitation charges get pled down to a fine & time served.

I totally understand exactly where you’re coming from. I’d rather go with the safe bet. And I’ll probably miss out on great people as well
