So much for the 6th amendment and the right to a speedy trial. If I was one of the accused, I'd be pulling my hair out by now, tired of sitting on pins and needles waiting to see what happens next. You'd think that some (or all) of the defense attorneys would have demanded a trial date or for all charges to be dropped by now. I'm still betting that the RICO charges get dropped and the solicitation charges get pled down to a fine & time served.
