I admit, I made the mistake of placing an ad with them. Three hundred dollars and two weeks later, naddah...not a thing, not even an email with a "F*ck you"  

And no, I didn't have any text or photos that were questionable. Grrr.  

As a former UTR that was just getting ready to come out from the shadows, I'm at a loss and really hoping that FOSTA/SESTA is reversed.

It certainly wouldn't hurt for you to make a post or two on the Photo Board and to post a link to your website (if any) or at least some kind of web presence that would give your potential clients an idea what you look like, your rates, hours, location/s etc.

 
I kind of like the way you came on the board talking shit, (but in a good way) and while TER is not the resource it once was, you aren't taking advantage of ANY of the benefits that are still available to you here.

Yea, um...If my ad wasn't up I would have been making a trip to Dallas as a vacation as I have no clue as to how to do that hustle. We all have our own style and that's just not mine but glad you had a bow legged good time.

I placed an Atlanta based ad with several ad on's and also placed a visiting ad.   Weeks went by and my CC had been charged.  They would not answer the phone.  My emails went unanswered.  I kept my cool so not to burn a bridge when all our advertising resources were disappearing.  Then I get an email asking me to send an unedited picture to prove they were mine.  I had already done all the other stuff... pic of myself holding my drivers license.  I missed my visiting tour ad because it had been about a month, waiting.  So I get an email at 8:00am one morning saying my credit had been used and my ad was posted.  At 8:01 I get an email  "we hope this email finds you well and our lawyers have made a decision to banish you.  It is irreversible"  My CC was credited back all my money spent.  What a waste of time!

I'm so sorry that happened to you!

I sent them a letter stating that my attorney would be contacting them, as for a contract to be legal both parties have to receive something, and in stating basically a no refund policy on a service/good not provided voids their contract.  

Few days later, like you I received an an email stating I need to submit a non-blurred/cropped photo, in addition to all the other verification photos they required. I submitted the requested photo and noticed I too had a credit. Resubmitted ad...and still naddah. Not a thing except a note that my ad would be online till July 3rd, and that my credit was used for purchase, lol, although my ad is still not online.  

I'm glad I went with the other ad venue still available, SL**x*, and now am going to reactivate my P411 profile and hope that Eros will do the right thing and at least issue a credit.  

This just sucks. Bigly.

Possibly you were trying to place a link when your post was the starter of a new thread. If you are the originator of a discussion TER doesn't allow links to your ad or contact info. They consider that an ad. You are allowed to post links to your info in replies to other posters. Your links you posted today have been allowed. Every one of them are in replies to other posters.

and while I might not be calling you for a session, (Yes I do tend to go for a different "type" when booking sessions) that certainly doesn't mean we can't be friends.
