Saw one tonight that got my attention. 5'7" ( or taller ) No tattoos ( if provider is hot enough, I may can live with one ) None or few piercings. Athletic, busty. I'm sure my outlook on body ink has cost me some great times. I can think of 2 right now (not to mention any names Khori and Bella) that I think I could make exceptions.
I like at least a good solid 7 in looks and 8 in performance gets my attention. I think people that give 7's tend to give more honest reviews. 8 in looks and 7 in performance....maybe. Covered BJ is not a deal breaker but close to it. Same with NO cim. Greek is absolutely no factor, although there is a popular Atlanta provider that almost requires it. I've promised to pound her beautiful round ass, again no names...TL.
What gets your attention on the profiles

When you look at a profile and under "services offered" which has 15 opportunities for a Yes/No answer, and 15 of 15 read "Yes" then..........DING-DING-DING... We have a winner!  
The problem is that the providers profile is usually set up by the information provided by the first reviewer and therefore rarely updated afterwards unless the Lady writes to the administrators and requests a change. This is the only way available to edit incorrect information or document a change in services offered, as all subsequent reviews defer to the existing profile.
So to rely 100% on the posted profile is not a perfect approach, you always have to read the reviews to fully gage what to expect

In order for me -  
1.  Are photos real.  Do they have a link to ad or personal website?  
2.  Age (but finding this more and more a waste of time)
3.  Costs (hey, keeping it real)  
4.  Incall or outcall offering
5.  Who has reviewed and the number of reviews made by the reviewer if there are not but 1 or 2 reviews  
6.  Services, and other physical attribute listings
7.  Then the actual reviews
