So I called an agency and LM about an appointment and got a text back a few hrs later from a different # referencing the old # saying sorry for the missed call but booking by text only at the moment. Should I be concerned about LE with this or is this kinda normal. It's an agency that I have never done business with but they have been around for a while.  

the well known agencies babe.  They are on the TER Ad boards.  They answer the phones.  Go with your gut.. If it felt odd, walk away!!!

They've been doing this for months. As far as I know everything is fine with them.

Is this the case or simply a matter of convenience? This is fundamentally a relationship and trust business so, one would think creating and nurturing it would be paramount. Instead, some agencies and indies make it difficult to do business with them.

they even reached out for a reference via text.  So I'm not sure what's up with them but they are a good agency.  No worries!!
