I just wanted to warn you guys that have had the pleasure of experiencing some playtime with me and those of you that are just waiting for the right time to call.. you can expect a little less when you see me... Since Mama's day Tink has had me on Mommy& Me Boot Camp Workout .. I am not complaining, quite the opposite.. I love the time we spend at the gym together and I love the changes I am making for my life and my health.  With that being said.. when you see me now you can expect a little less weight( lost 10+ so far), you can expect a little less pale skin( laps in the pool and chill-axing...) you an expect a little less smoke( i am down to 2 cigs a day.. and they are at night right before bed)..You can expect a little less jiggly, (we are doing this the right way, diet and exercise) .. You can expect a little less on the Rate if you are a Grits Member.. I will be back Mobile soon and I will be reinstating my old out call rate from when I first got in the business.. anyway just wanted to let you know what's going on so if people start saying ugly things about me, don't believe them.. give me a call and you can meet us at the gym..
