Just have no online etiquette.  But, when I was a paralegal in DC, the attorney I worked for handed me a brief and asked me, ye ol little 4 yr graduate "what's wrong with this brief"?
It was in ALL CAPS!
Yell at the judge, that's right, they like it!

I think some text sent form mobile devices, especially older Blackberries, shows up in all caps in phpbb created forums/websites.
