I've been wanting to book the providers through Southern Private Playmates because I have seen many highly reviewed providers. Since I'm a newbie to the hobby, after the website screening I was contacted by the agency to send ID and work verification. The person was being responsive, but after I've sent over the requested documentation, they pretty much ghosted me. I've followed up two times on the following days after, but still no reply. Does the screening process just take some time, and has this ever happened to anyone else? And should I be worried about them having my private information and not responding? I would still love to book with the agency if given the opportunity.

Not to worry. Sunny is a class act but stays busy. She is an entrepreneur with several businesses plus makes time for family and volunteer work. Screening does occasionally back log but keep in mind it often has a lot to do with how responsive the other parties are as well as how busy the young ladies are. She doesn't usually reach out to screen until she knows you are going to be able to schedule. She also, as with most in the business, prefers to keep back and forth communication to a minimum until you meet for the first time, for security reasons. To my knowledge she has never actually ghosted anybody, even some she should have. Your patience will be rewarded.

The agency is legit don't worry about your information
It may help to let them know that you already saw claire Kincaid she used to work with the agency and that should be a good reference.

Yep, they are aware of my previous providers, and I provided the extra information after the fact. Thanks for the reassurances! I guess I'll be patient and await a response back.

Update: I received a reply and was assured that the screening took time for safety measures and all private information would be safe and confidential. Great professionalism and I look forward to booking with them!

Yes, now that I had the pleasure of booking a few times with SPP, I definitely have to say the agency is top tier, and Sunny is awesome!

I'm shocked you didn't check your spam/junk folder for missing emails. Fortunately you didn't have it set on auto-delete.

Why judge him?

In my judgement, he should have apologized to the proprietor for claiming in public, "but after I've sent over the requested documentation, they pretty much ghosted me. I've followed up two times on the following days after, but still no reply.", when it was actually his fault. He should have been a gentleman.
