Yes, your post did initiate my question.  However, just to be perfectly clear - under NO circumstances am I making any innuendos or implying anything about you per se, just your particular situation of being new.  We have never met, perhaps we can rectify that at some point.  BTW - welcome.  In the meantime, I do appreciate the input and welcome further ideas / suggestions.

I would love to meet you for coffee sometime - I am in the dilemma of no references and cannot TOFTT due to my job ...  very bad things would happen and there would simply be no question for me ...  That being said, I live in the old fourth ward and either need to meed during the weekend or in the evening during the week.

Here's my two cents. I've stayed pretty much under the radar for close to ten years. I'm also in a position where very bad things would happen if anything ever got out. I generally stick to well reviewed providers, but recently have seen some relatively new ones that I did a little more due diligence on. So, here are a few ideas.

LE is basically lazy. From what I've gathered over the years their hot buttons are obvious brothels (Houston circa 2002/ 2003, can't remember exactly when) large agencies where they can get multiple busts and for things like racketeering and money laundering (Miami and Arizona come to mind), high profile operations with famous people involved (Atlanta a few years back) and human trafficking.

So going from the premise that LE is basically lazy other than the things I listed above here are some things you can easily do that they probably won't bother with.

Create a personal website.  It doesn't have to be fancy, or even expensive, but the more effort you put into it, the less likely I'll think you are LE. They simply won't put in the time.

Do not advertise on Craigslist, Backpage or any of the other sites like these. I will not bother, even if you have reviews on TER and are a member of a screening service because it's distinctly possible that LE would simply use your pictures with a "new number" or "new e-mail" to pick off the unwary.  The same goes to a lesser extent for escorts.com, cityvibe and eros.  I don't think I would pick a provider off there unless they were very established.

Join a screening service like Preferred-411, Date-check etc...I'm a member of P411 and will pretty much only use that for scheduling and screening anymore. I can be reasonably assured that you are legit if you get verified through them that you are at least not LE...so far.

Join more than one board and post on it as well.  Again, LE is lazy, unlikely they would go through the effort.  They will take the path of least resistance to get their "numbers".

Find an established mentor who would be willing to take you on doubles, you could discount your rate (doubles get expensive) and hopefully get a few reviews. If the other provider doesn't advertise it, just word of mouth to her regulars and you don't try to poach her clients, he's happy that his ATF brought him a "gift", she's happy because he's happy and will keep seeing her and you're happy that you have a review.

Always take the good and the bad in reviews...don't come on the board "defending" yourself unless you have a truly screwed up situation and then I'd contact the mods first.  I know of a very expensive, very hot provider that I wanted to see who completely turned me off because of the rants she would post if there was the slightest negativity in a review. Mostly just let it roll off, I mean who really cares. I won't downcheck a provider for a bad review, now a string of them and that's a different story, but I will write one off for crazy board behavior.
