Hard to put into words. For me, it's as if I feel the sensations of touch, smell, hearing, sight, and occasionally taste simultaneously with the volume going to 11.  

Whatever voices and coherent thoughts that were in my head go silent as all those multiple nerves are beginning to fire up to the overload level and I literally cannot speak.  

Sure, I can announce before hand that I'm coming but there's a delay as I have grown to realize that point where/when my brain's vocabulary center essentially shuts off.

I'm weird, and I love it. That moment of orgasm, that perfect state of euphoria, is worth any awkwardness. The ladies (pros and civvies alike) have yet to complain. Maybe they're all just nice that way.
