My pics are MY property. I have spoken with my attorney. I do OWN rights on my pics. I have a great photographer that will have no problem assisting with this at all. They are making a profit from guys veiwing the pics. If they were like CV that just needed to fill some web space that MAY be different but this is not the case. Even CV will remove your pics if you threaten them with an attorney and legal action. So yes I do believe there is something we ladies can do about this. Hugs and kisses TL
I just took a class at school and I also had an altercation with cityvibe years ago where they were using my pics without authorization. Our pictures are our property, If someone is stealing them simply have your attorny contact them and I promise you they will get them off. Fines for such are not low.
It is linked to the free escort websites that all of us at one time or another have had. You have to use your same log in info that you used for that site you created. It brought upmatleast 10 really old pics of me, that have always been free on my site and was trying to charge people 19.99$ to view.

I hope I'm wrong, but I believe the fine print on using those free escort websites states that any info or pics you place there become their property to use as they see fit. I think that is the trade off you agree to in order to use their "free" service. Again I hope I'm wrong, but usually anything free is not really ever free.

most of the ladies I know around Atlanta are on there and they are not just charging a flat fee. They are charging a monthly rate to see OUR pics. Good news is, that free site I was using did respond to me. I ask them to take that old site down and delete it. We will see if they do and if that takes care of this other site. If not then I will be calling my attorney. What really gets me is they are profiting from our pics just to be viewed and be a fan? WTF?
