Exactly
So
Of late I’ve been reading many reviews, predominantly about Asian Escorts Agencies providing ladies doing BBFS (something I have not nor will be participating in)
So the question is, and I don’t know how to put this delicately, are you at all concerned knowing that someone you may be entertaining has visited one of those ladies in the recent past
And I TOTALLY understand if you care not to answer
And I hope to see more participation on this.
MANY times over the years I have heard something to the tune of "Well, so & so does BBFS so I thought you would, too."
My answer? "Thank you for letting me know that, I will not be seeing you again." First of all, it's probably NOT true to begin with. But, I am not going to take a risk and see this person again because they are claiming that they do BBFS and that is NOT SAFE. I can't even believe that people will make that claim. I wouldn't even do it for $10.000! NOTHING is worth my health. I'm HIGHLY OFFENDED when this question is asked.
Personally, I don't accept references from agencies at all (sorry no offense agencies, my Assistant will GIVE you a reference anytime but we don't accept agency references). But, yes I would be concerned about seeing a gentleman who had frequented a place where such was alleged to take place.
I hope more ladies chime in because this is an important topic.

As always, the voice of logic and reason for the Atlanta “hobby” community
One quibble though
You say someone saying in a review that they got BBFS from a provider that “it’s probably not true to begin with “. I think I’m the cases of these relatively new Asian agencies that it is seeing that looking at an ad it says “BBFS”
Not all. But I’ve seen at least half a dozen as tye hiris rotate in and out
Oh I SEE you were saying in the reviews. THAT I don't know about. I was referring to when someone asked me in person.
Thanks for clarifying.

Blatant advertising for BBFS among these agencies is definitely a thing these days. So, I tend to believe the reviews.

It is offered a lot more than many would think and not just the Kgirls
about the prevalence of bbfs nowadays. I hear stories of how common it is in Southern California and Vegas. Are there agencies here in Atlanta offering that as well?
While I am so grateful that there are medicines nowadays that can keep a person's HIV viral count down to undetectable, I believe it has made people less careful. Once a person has caught HIV, those medicines have to be taken for the rest of their life to keep their viral count down to undetectable levels. The medicines have side affects too. It’s not like when a person catches chlamydia or gonnohrea and just has to take antibiotics for a month or whatever. HIV medicine is for life.
It does worry me. And, if a client tells me he does BBFS with another provider, I won’t see him again. Not only because of the risk, but because of the gossip.
I know clients don’t get tested as often as providers, but I implore you guys to at least do it once a year at your physicals. You’re already there and going to pee in a cup and get your blood drawn anyway, so why not just ask the doc to add STI testing? And, be sure to get your gardasil vaccines. It prevents HPV (genital warts) which causes cervical cancer.
On the local Asian provider sites under the visiting ladies photo/ name there’ll be a link to her TER reviews
Occasionally, under the link it will say “”BBFS”.
Read their ads, etc.....!
There's a large community of us on "X" who share clients very nicely with each other and don't really view each other as "competition". More like a sisterhood where we share clients. There's about 30 of us in one thread. Sharing is caring, we say. Lol
But, good point, it is always wise to see what other Providers are doing. I do know of one Provider who has tons of reviews stating she does BBFS and I have noticed an uptick in her reviews as of late, so I'm guessing it's legit. Regardless, I won't be offering BBFS ever. Like I said earlier, not even for $10k. Health is wealth.
I would HOPE y'all value your health and care about the health of Providers as well.

True
But it’s one thing to play with matches, yet another to do it while filling up your gas tank
"The U.S. cities with the highest rates of new HIV diagnoses are concentrated in the South, with the Miami/Fort Lauderdale and ATLANTA metropolitan areas often cited as having high incidence rates, alongside Memphis, Tennessee." PEOPLE ARE STILL CONTRACTING HIV EVERY DAY. STAY SAFE AND AVOID BBFS IN ATL. I've pretty much stepped away because of 1 stupid issue that seems to happen every time: BBBJ leads to a bout of Prostatitis. "fix it with ABx", but there are consequences: 1 month of levaquin trashes your gut microbiome, how many times is it good to do that? and...repeated bouts of the prostate getting hit with nasty bacteria is a great way to develop PROSTRATE CANCER down the road. So frustrating, It sux...always tradeoffs in what we do.
I do not offer BBFS, not even with a test showing me the gentleman was clean the moment he took the test. Too many people in this hobby treat tests like their a tool of prevention. Not even close. I have no idea what he did or how many providers he was raw doggin' with after the test. Testing prevents absolutely nothing. For many in the hobby it gives a false sense of safety and encourages BB and other dangerous activities.
Although I do NOT offer bare back, I still test every month myself. Nothing is 100% safe. We can never eliminate our risk in the hobby, only minimize it. So far every test I've taken through the years is clean. I've never had an STD.
The quality of test matters. I still use the same testing I used when shooting adult films. Its a few hundred dollars every month but well worth it. It will not miss what the typical test from the doctor can miss. It's much more accurate. If an adult actor showed up on set with a test from a doctor, they would be sent home. The cheaper the test, the less accurate and safe it is. Anyone with a test from a doctor can still have a dis ease.
As far as competition goes, I don't compete. Never have in the hobby. Competition is a great thief of joy. It's very limiting as it only requires someone does better then another person or people. It creates "them and us" thinking and separation. Competition is too mindless for me. I keep focus on myself, improve myself in any way that needs it and just be me. I'm unique, not another copy of the same thing in the spirit of competition. I prefer to become unique so very few can actually compete with me. I let others waste their time trying to be better than the next person while I stay in my own lane and focus on what I can control. Competing with those who are putting their own health at risk doesn't sound like healthy competition to me.
Part of the desperate competition is some ladies don't know how to handle their money. In my opinion a provider needs to get herself in a financial situation where it's no big deal if someone passes her over because she won't risk her health by doing BB or simply has a NC/NS or a tour doesn't go as planned. Financial intelligence eliminates the need to compete by doing dangerous things.
Longevity in the hobby is another reason to not do BB. Getting a dis ease will shorten time in the hobby, just like drugs, excessive drinking, poor or no screening, ripping gentlemen off and poor service will. If it gets out into the hobby that someone contracted a dis ease, they will not last long in the hobby. This can be a very lucrative endeavor for an Entrepreneur or anyone who has their life and head together and knows how to handle money.
The most frustrating part of BB is gentlemen offering above the rate to do BB. REALLY???? THAT'S all my health is worth? A few hundred or a grand above my rate? That's it??? I have not lived a healthy lifestyle my entire life to have some disrespectful dude who doesn't care if he gets sick to risk it all for a few hundred measly bucks. I'm priceless, my health is well earned. Don't insult me with BB nonsense. It shows ignorance, not safety.
At the end of the day, we all choose the level of risk we take in the hobby. Everyone has sovereignty over their own bodies. If someone wants to do BB, so be it. I won't do a duo with providers who offer BB. It's not something I'm willing to risk my well being for.
This is just my thoughts ![]()
