Saggy is Ok...sort of what happens as a girl gets older assuming no intervention from a plastic surgeon. If you like mature women - that is part of it. Younger ones - not as much. Trade offs.

Imo about 2% of implants are done well. I look at pics of women who've ruined their looks with cheap hack jobs and marvel at the TER description that lists them as Super Nice. Even if a woman has one of the 2% done well I'll still always prefer natural. As a rule I avoid providers who have implants. I've seen a few, and have always been disappointed. I'd rather have a natural A cup than a fake D cup. As for sagginess, it happens. It doesn't usually bother me. Keep it real ladies!
