i accidently applied the ignore user feature to a member and would like to find instructions for reversing.  If  u know the secret for reversing it or u can point me in the insructions for reversing it I'd apprecite it!

Go to "My TER". Then go to "Mail". Then go to "Ignore User List". Then remove the name from the list. You're welcome.

Go to your mail account, you will note an Ignore User List key.  Open this link.  Flag the user identity you want to remove and hit the delete key.
