Which do you prefer? Natural breasts or artificial breasts?   I was looking on getting mine enhanced, but would really like your feedback first.

Just get them.  A lot of men will give you "natural" as their default answer without having experienced the pleasure of well-done enhancements.  Well-done is the key, though.  So before you select a surgeon, you may want to get references from ladies whose breasts you've seen (and possibly sucked and played with ) yourself.  Good luck with whatever you decide.

Too often enhancements are overdone, excessive, and lumpy to the touch.

But I can think of two ladies that received incredible enhancements and I could not really tell.

Before you get the procedure, talk to your surgeon about experience with nipple responsiveness and post procedure lactation.

Nipple responsiveness seems split between deadens the darling nubs to keeps the perked and hard non stop.

I know two ladies that had nerve damage, and whenever anyone is worshipping them AND she experiences start of strong motor running, she nipple squirts.  One of two, seems to lactate regularly and no she is not pg

Regardless of any of our opinions, you need to decide why you want the procedure.  There is pain, discomfort, and dealing with post surgery issues.  It is costly.  But if YOU will feel better about yourself, improves your confidence etc then screw the poll, and get it done

Your tits are just fine.  They're actually quite cute.  If you are insistent on spending money to change your looks, I'd suggest some lipo on your thighs and/or ass.  I'm basing this strictly on your website photos.  If they don't represent you accurately, I apologize.  Tiny tits can be fun to play with too.

I usually say natural. That's what I prefer when forced to give an answer. However, I have seen some enhanced that I can't tell the difference. You need to have them well done. They need to fit your body. Beauty is about symmetry. Be sure your new breasts , if you decide to get them, don't mess with the symmetry of your body.
Ultimately, you have to be happy with them if you get them. Don't get them for any reason other than YOU want them. Boyfriend, business, whatever those aren't good enough reasons on their own.

I'll add that those that say natural will likely not hold it against you for having them done if they are well done and you are happy with them. I prefer natural, but I've never not seen a lady civvie or provider because she had enhanced breasts. My two cents.

Increasing your size by a cup size, or at the most two, is fine. Too many women go overboard with enhancements and the resulting look is not natural, and quite frankly can be a turn off.

OTOH a lady who is naturally an A cup can find herself quite pleased with a full B chest, as can her fan club.

My vote would be IF it makes "you" happy, and you are doing it for your own reasons, then yes I think an extra cup size or two would look just fine on you, but only if it makes you happy, not because you think you'll get more business.

natural, no matter how big or how small, ALWAYS exceed 'the pleasure of well-one enhancements'.  Only if there is a serious deformity would enhanced be preferred.   even then they will be ignored.

I usually avoid the ladies with bolt ons, but have to admit I'm intrigued about the lactation thing.

It shouldn't matter what these guys prefer.  It's YOUR body and all surgery comes with risks.

my advice would be to learn to love your body exactly the way it is.  Then,if hou want to change it, change it for YOURSELF and no one else.

Especially since the average male is clueless when it comes to what goes on with a female's body anyway.  We often say one thing and do another in regard to our preferences.  And if not that, our preferences constantly change with the stages of our lives (ass men become breast men, legs catch our attention more or less than than used to, we become more or less attracted to older women, etc).  So the opinions expressed here aren't really a good basis on which to make a decision like this.

I hate implants. There's only about 2 percent of implants that look good. The other 98 percent look, and more often feel, like crap.

I've yet to come across any "enhanced" that felt "real", which was a turn-off for me.  

At the end of the day, you need to decide if the enhancement is for business or self-image.  Just make sure that you'll be happy with the decision, one way or the other.

I think you all are right. I'm going to wait and do more research. I also am probably going to reevaluate why I want them. Anyway THANK YOU for all the support and advice.

Natural are the best overall, but I would be a liar if I said I didn't enjoy a nice set of "in your face" ta-tas!!!!!    Talk to other women that have them and have had them!!!   check out some groups on the internet and make an educated decision.  My X did plastic surgery and I have heard the horror stories of an augmentation gone awry first hand!!!!!!!  it is not pretty!!!!!!!!     You're a beautiful intelligent woman........let's keep you that way!!!!!!

I took a look at your site and I think you should remain natural.  Your breasts look fine and seem in proportion to your body.  

I'm not sure I've ever seen an enhancement of an A cup that looked good.  Generally, it helps to have enough breast tissue to hide the implant.  If you were to go from an A to a C I don't think that would be the case.  And if you only went to a B cup, what would be the point.

Just my 2 cents.  Ultimately, you should do what makes you happy.  And as others have commented, find a great surgeon.  Breast Augmentation is still more art than science.

... then it doesn't matter what we men think. But if you're asking because you think it might help business, then it becomes a bit more complex. As others have written, in general natural wins out over enhanced. But there are the occasional exceptions.

Most important are the skill of the surgeon and selection of appropriate implants. A "botched boob-job" isn't good for anyone other than the shoddy surgeon. Take time and exercise due diligence researching surgeons! And if you do decide on enhancement, please don't over do it. Occasionally overindulging with wine, tequila, or chocolate is fine, but, in my opinion, women who have gone from modest yet beautiful breasts to overflowing bounty moved themselves from attractive to "meh" or comical.

Whatever you decide, please remember that they are your breasts, part of your body -- not something you can try for a couple of weeks then easily change your mind.

I love natural breasts kind of guy but who am I? Ladies you do what you want to do to your bodies. Do what makes you feel better about yourself.

I definitely prefer natural though there are a few who get away with enhanced and still hold my attention.  If you're getting them enhanced, Allison of ER claims hers are enhanced but they are as lovely as can possibly be.  Maybe she'll tell you where she had them done!  Just an idea.
