Can we post a video when mp4 or mov format is not allowed

Include the link to where the video is hosted (example, vimeo, youtube) , in the Link URL field where you normally post the link to a photo.

I hosted it on my site when i try to post it says .mp4 is not an allowed extension

Thanks i believe i figured it out
