How do some reviews get an approved revview posted when the provider does not even have a web site or an ad website?

I have seen links to BP ads that have since expired.

I also notice that girls will often change what they are willing to do after they have been in the business for a little while.  However, their profile doesn't get updated.

Alot of girls will remove an ad when they do not want any callers.

The ad could have been pulled the same day the review was approved.

There is NO WAY that review was posted if the ad link no longer was good.
