Thanks for the advice.  That is not a bad focus.  I do still so enjoy pleasuring a lady and maybe there are some out there who would enjoy being the center of attention for a change.  And as you said....who knows?

I seem to have hit the wall.  After being deluged with medications for blood pressure and cholesterol my libido has abandoned me.  The little magic pills help very little even though my urge is still screaming to get out.  Any suggestions on what might help would be greatly appreciated.  I would hate to think I have had my last piece of heaven on earth! (no pun intended)  It's just damn depressing!

At my advanced age (and the ravages of some meds also) I too 'hit the wall' some time ago. Where once i wouldn't even entertain the idea of seeing someone unless I knew multiple pops were available I now at times can not  make it to the finish line despite the best efforts of the beautiful ladies of Atlanta. Thankfully, for me it was never totally the physical release that I would  recall post session, but rather the connection made, ESPECIALLY if i was able to bring the lady I am with to a climax (via tongue, lips, fingers, toys)((I guess in the parlance of the providers here I would be called a 'pleaser")). So my advice? Stay active in the hobby, focus on 'her" and every so often your body may surprise and reward you for old times sake!!!

Not kidding. The food you eat has significant effect. First of it reduces dosage of the medicine and exercise releases seratonin and increases your testastrone. Above all you longer to enjoy sex. If that's not an incentive, I don't know what is?

I'm 61, and last year was having the same problem, including rising blood pressure. Took the meds for awhile, but also began walking and eating right. Down about 40 pounds, off the meds, and having some of the best times of my life.

We can't stop time, but taking care of ourselves can make the time a lot more fun.

I'm 70 and still going pretty well.  I believe the combination of exercise, diet and holding meds to a minimum is the key, and they all work together.  I totally agree with the "pleaser" comments above also.  The more you are thinking about her, the less you are thinking about what's going on with you.  Somehow seeing/feeling the lady have a big O gets your juices going too.  I personally find that, while the real physical and vocal responses are a big turnon, the artificial moaning is a turnoff.  You may want to mention that to your partner if that happens to you.  It's solvable - good luck.
