Cancun - Rama Spa

Just got back from a week in Cancun. Here's the lowdown on Rama.
First of all, here's the location. Take the bus headed north. Pay close attention to where you are, because if you get off too soon (like me) then you'll have a long, hot walk ahead of you. When you get to around km. 8 or so, you'll be past most of the big high-rise hotels. Perk up.- you're close. You'll get to a section of the road where there's nothing but a golf course on either side of the road. It's all greenery, no hotels. Up ahead, you'll see a big green street sign on a pole stretching over the road. It says "Pok Ta Pok" (I guess that's the name of a major cross-street). PRESS the button to signal the driver to stop.- the bus stop is literally about 10 feet past the Pok Ta Pok intersection. Don't miss it or the bus will wind up taking you way past Rama, and you'll have to backtrack on foot a long way. Get off at the bus stop, and walk on a short distance further. Rama is located in a big orange building that houses a bakery on the first floor. Take the stairs to the second floor, and you're there. Just look for the screen door.
So I get there, and just like the other reports say, I'm greeted by a wrinkled old woman who looks like she is 100 years old. Behind her is a really cute chick. Staying in because for a week, so I thought I'd head over to the Salsa bar (or La Salsa, can't remember the exact name.) It is damn easy to find. It's about a block from Melgar on Muelle. This is the traffic light on Melgar (the main drag along the ocean) right by the International Pier (the older pier south of downtown.)
The building is purple with bright lettering painted on the walls (typical for businesses in Cozumel and Mexico). It is located on the right side of the road and it says Salsa Bar on it. No indication of girls, sex, strippers or anything on the outside. Oddly enough, it said Karaoke and pool tables on the outside. You cannot miss it! Also, it is not in a rough neighborhood guys. Most of Cozumel looks like this, and trust me, I've been all over Cozumel at all times of the day and night, and there are really no dangerous parts. This is smack dab in the tourist area.
When you walk in, you have to take a quick right. I'm not even sure you have the option to go left. Immediately, you are in an area with pool tables. Over to the right is a small "disco" room that was playing music, but no one was dancing.
