Does it piss you off when you see a provider that comes on TER and advertises at one price per hour and then you look on BP or CV or eros and she is advertising at a much lower price?
Do they think that raising their price here is gonna make them more legit or desirable? Just curious how other guys view it.

Ive seen that as well...it doesn't really piss me off. I have always thought that maybe one of them was a previous rate. Maybe prior to an increase, but consistency would be nice. Not as nice as a provider showing up for a surprise BJ, but nice. lol

My understanding is that the rates displayed on TER are what reviewers say they are, not what ladies advertise. Anything different might be listed on a web site. And, a lady has the right to change her mind. Its not uncommon for a lady to increase her rates. I see this a lot with former agency models who have a lot of success, get a great rep, go indie and set their own rates.

It's more of the market they are think they are appealing to. BP guys won't pay as much as the guys here or maybe its they aren't getting enough response here so they go there trying to stimulate business and lower their prices there to compete. Maybe the level of service advertised there is less than most TER guys are accustomed to getting.  Lots of ladies on BP don't offer "full" gfe service.
Either way the profile rates here are it and miss. You can't always count on it being accurate. At lot of ladies will hang up on you when you start discussing specific rates so the most accurate intel you have is the most recent advertised rates. I find if I have seen two different rates advertised recently it is best to ask which is accurate the posted TER rate or the BP rate or the Cityvibe rate, without having to be too specific.

If you see several rates, ask which one or use the lowest one in your inquiry.  She'll let you know if there's a difference.

It is part of marketing. Pays to be a smart shopper. I will look at her reviews to be the determining factor if I decide to see her not. One provider told me that if you tell her that you are a TER guy that she will not double book on you. I would not mention the price difference. Book the appointment and say nothing about TER then write the review.
