With all the recent LE activity going on with agencies, so I've heard....independents are not taking any risks. Not saying ALL agencies but a few have been under scrutiny....I'm NOT blaming any agency per se, but, things are getting real iffy here in Atlanta...

taken a reference from an agency. I don't know anything about them and don't want to be involved with them. After the recent bust, I'm glad that I have had this policy.
Thanks, I did check these out but unfortunately I am in a catch 22 with the employment area. I don't have a work number as I work overseas as a contractor. Not state side that much.
I appreciate those sites, but care more about the other questions I ask on my application. Most of my new clients are newbies, and that's just fine with me.
Tried recently to get screened with local agency (won't say who, but it's spelled Mxxxxxxa).
Gave preferred411 id with 8 okays. Gave datecheck id with over 8 okays. Gave rs2k id. Gave TER ID with 10 + whitelists. Gave local TER Top Ten independent references.
Not good enough.
They wanted my real name. Work phone number and address.
What sucks is this: I'd referred someone to one of the ladies there two weeks earlier that they approved with just P411.

I've never, NEVER had an issue. I've seen 2 TER #1's and over 25 of TER's Top 100.

And almost all of them, including her, make it very clear what their verification process is. Especially if you do your homework. Grow up.

Nope not at all. But it isn't hard to sniff out an ego maniac that seems to let hobbying go to his head and that he is deserving of some kind of special treatment. You may think you are hot stuff after a session but you seem to forget that no matter what was paid it was still a favor done for you because of your own inabilities to secure services in another fashion. There is no incentive or purpose to play the role of "knight and shining armor" but there is a reason to retain an element of self as well as interpersonal respect that will allow you to remain humble and grateful.

If your reference info wasn't good enough.. my advice to you would be to move on.
I always thought Essential Referrals was credible , but as Khori mentioned in her post above some independents maybe shying away from agency refs because of the recent activity.
Apparently she didnt like it. They are the only agency I have used in atlanta. I did check those two date check sights that was listed thanks for those.
She is damn cute and I wanted to see her but to see her I would have to see another independent in atlanta first. And that is probably a no go since the police are making arrests. No way I am going to jump thru those hoops. She losses in the end don't know what her 2hr sessions run I suspect $600 plus. Oh well I will be in Russia week after next for a month and that place is mine blowing girl wise. And no verification and law enforcement to have to work around.

I have a very different screening process that many "hobbyists" don't choose to go through, yet I have a great business and excellent reviews. I never worry about LE, and only have clients that I really enjoy being with. My screening process is designed to weed out potential clients that don't meet my standards. This leaves me with a client base that is exactly who I want to spend my time with so that I am refreshed and joyful with the few men that I do see.
If a provider has loose screening practices, you can assume she's doing a very high volume, with many clients she doesn't enjoy. This makes ANY provider jaded and closed off. I protect my emotional and psychological space very rigorously, and will always choose quality over quantity.

Yep, what works for some providers doesn't work for others. Just as each man has his own preferences, so does each provider. Remember, it's us women who are sharing our bodies and minds with YOU, and we are the ones risking jail or rape or simple humiliation.

I don't see enough girls state side to really make these to pay for it self. I could probably get the work issue solved. Why jump thru hoops to see a girl for 2hrs. In this business, a woman's sense of pride and self-esteem is critical to providing impeccable service to her clients. As I see it, proper screening is the basis for that. How we screen our clients either gives us great clients or clients that cause us to dislike this profession.
I am VERY protective of my personal space, so my screening process is designed to weed out clients that might be looking for a superficial and disconnected physical experience. Yeah, this limits the number of clients I see, but the men I see are AWESOME. They respect me, and I respect them.
This works for me, and actually many of my clients see me SPECIFICALLY because of my unusual screening process. They prefer to see a woman who respects herself enough to be choosey.
Okay I first of all just want to make it very clear that I have nothing against Essential or any other Agency for that matter. I just currently don't use a phone only email which I'm sure everyone is well aware of that has ever contacted me. And using blocked number for an agency or any independent just doesn't work for us. I wouldn't like someone to do that to me and so I will not call with a blocked number to any other person.
I have plenty of newbie's who want to see me all the time, and I'm sorry, I also explain that I'm sorry but I'm not willing to risk my safety or comfort just because someone who has no reputation on here wants to meet. I'm not going to defend how I screen people. But please people don't go trying to bash someone online just because they won't see you when you want them too. Are we not all adults here?
Oh and hon I'm not missing out on your money at all. Because I don't play that way with my safety. I'm always extremely nice to clients who I either can't verify or can't meet with. Again I'm sorry it didn't work out to meet me. It's nothing against you personally. It seems sometimes that people take things too personally.

There are several who won't take agencies as reference. If you've been around for years then you knew that already and also the different reasons why so it tells me you're going out of your way to be a J/O.

There is an agency girl locked up right now who was ratted out by some scumbags at the agency she worked for ( not ER) . A little jealous scumbag snitch lied and manipulated a situation then they called LE and told them certain information.
So much BS goes on at those places If I was a whore I wouldn't take one as a reference either.
I am sorry she would not accept us for a referral we are always delighted to give independents 100% accurate referrals. We are careful with who we give referrals to (We want to verify the model is an actual model). But always instantly give them, Indies are being iffy for their own reasons (At ER we have brought in new models and are changing our business structure), some Ladies are uncomfortable with this, people spread nasty rumors and I put My foot down after a recent event with another agency (I like to remind people the agency was not busted, the owners were arrested, pending charges from what I understand).
I stay in the loop, but I keep to Myself. I mind My own business and focus on the Women I work with and client satisfaction/customer service. Some Women use us for references and appreciate the accurate references we give them.
