I just want to acknowledge the MEN that are the true leaders.  The strength of these men in every scenario. I want to applaud you men that have captured that strength and made jobs for hundreds if not thousands of people. THANK YOU! The men that can still keep their cool with emotions and raise young MEN with the understanding of the world that is not fair and hard. The ones that raise the next generations of leaders. THANK YOU!
