WD50, you can spend a lifetime trying to "read" women.
I liken them to cats in a metaphorical way. If only you could read their minds, you might be able to predict their next move.
I think I know Sofia, and she has so many admirable qualities, she's driven,she has a set of goals, she is empathetic, because she has studied men and women, but she is headstrong. That's the nature of this gal, and that's what makes her so attractive. She is honest, upright, and it's the cat in her that makes her an enigma.
I love to read her posts, because she can be so controversial. You gotta love her.
I would like to sit with her in a lounge somewhere, and talk for several hours. She is one of the few ladies who can carry on a dialogue, off the record, and off the clock. LOL.

It's the complexity of women that keeps us guessing all the time. There are some days that you can talk to them and they are so adorable, they absorb everything that you say, and no controversy.
You can say the same things a week later, and they'll argue about every word. They will become infuriated, and storm away, and perhaps not talk to you for a few days.
The cause, IMHO, is the chemical changes that are taking place in their brains, much like those that take place in men's brains, however they manifest themselves in such different ways. I don't think that man or woman has control of those changes. I recall in the basic Psych 101, we talked about conditioned response, and learned reactions to various stimuli, but that's about as far as it went in P101. Maybe if I had taken Psych 102 I'd have learned more, but I doubt it.
I lived with a woman for 49 years and loved her for most of that time, but never got to "know" her. And if I had lived with her for a hundred years, I still would not have gotten to know her.
And that's all I have to say about that!
