I don't know about the quest in ATL but in FL Quest is a chat line for you finding a date, but not one you have to pay for. It's not a prostitution line so if there were people soliciting they should get in trouble because that's not what that line is for.
My post earlier was on a similar incident, I emailed and called as many as I could, now another sting, and one got busted, do not let it be you next, please. It seems to be all kinds now, even Quest.
