This is another one of those sorts of questions where there are probably a million different answers.  But, in my opinion, PSE is rare and for me, it would me the "rule" book is out the window.  Don't advertise PSE and then show up with a bunch of "oh, I don't do that".  And true PSE should equate to pretty much non stop action with the girl pretty much driving the activities.  With GFE, it's so misused that it generally doesn't actually have any standard meaning anymore.  But generally, nowadays, it just seems to suggest she might kiss, might cuddle, might be bbj, might be ok with multi's but probably not more than three, might be a lot of things, but ymmv most of the time.

In my view PSE would be no holds barred including BBFS and Anal with a gal that has actually been in at least a couple published films, has a hard body, super looks, implants, totally shaved, waxed, no outside interruptions, etc..etc..whereas GFE would likely be more restrictive, but perhaps not totally,  and the gal while certainly attractive isn't what you would expect to see in most porn films, truly like a gal you have been dating for awhile or have a friends with benefits relationship with.  How's that for a response Kerry ??

Fifteen years ago there was a lot of discussion about what GFE meant, but it boiled down to having the experience not seem like a crass commercial transaction.  You interacted with the provider as if you were on a very successful date.  The expectation was that, in addition to the traditional activities, there those things that you did with a girlfriend - you kissed, talked, and you left when the time was up, not when sex was completed.  With the advent of the TER scoring system, I think people generally expect BBBJ and DFK with GFE.

PSE evolved, in my view, to recognize that some men wanted to experience what they saw in porn.  Porn actresses often portray are sexually agressive characters who, not suprisingly, make the event dramatic.  In recent years, people come to expect something from a menu consisting of anal play, ejaculation other than into a condom, and bisexuality in the female.  In general, the atmosphere is not romantic as much as it is sexually charged.  

I do NOT think there is any expectation of BBFS in either category.

In layman's terms, GFE makes you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside afterwards. PSE makes you feel like you need to scrub yourself down in the shower and then take your rabies shots afterwards.

For me, when I think of this question, this is what I come up with. Some of my comments will resonate what others have said as well.

When I think of a provider that does CBJ or doesn't kiss, that's NOT a GFE. Some of the escort girls I've seen, they DFK, and they will do BBBJ. To me, I think, would my GF put a cover on and then blow me? No. So, that's how I would say GFE. Would my GF also do anal, yea, maybe, that's still under the GFE experience to me too.

When I think of PSE, again, I would think of thing crazy stuff I see in porn. I would thinking about getting a rim job, or doing a CIM or facial. With one provider, she was aggressive in her actions, slapping her face with my dick! It was def out there, outside of the "norm."

I feel there is a difference in terms of the raw sexual energy that occurs between the two when it comes to defining these scenarios.

You CANNOT claim to be GFE if you don't DFK or perform BBBJs.
You CANNOT claim to be PSE if you don't do everything included in GFE PLUS perform Anal and BBBJCIM/swallows.

I'd say you are, mostly because of the "non-stop action" aspect.  If a provider keeps touching your stuff, even if you're just having a conversation, that's pretty PSE to me.  In an hour, if you're going at it manually, orally, or otherwise for 45 or more out of the 60 minutes, that's PSE.

Of course, there are way more opinions on the matter, I'd just bet that's what your guys mean.
