Well, first of all I had problems with this provider before. We went on tour together in another state. I received more appointments than she did. I mean these things do happen at times. I mean I've traveled with other providers who have seen more clients than I did.  Actually this was the first tour of a two part trip throughout N&S Carolina. Okay on the last day of our trip my phone all of a sudden stopped ringing. No one was booking. I wondered what was going on. I thought well maybe this was just a slow day, until a client I had already seen emailed me to ask for my phone number because he said my visiting ad wasn't up any longer in North Carolina. I checked the site and sure enough my ad had been taken down, however the provider I traveled with, her ad was still up, even though we were on the same tour which we still had another week left to travel. I called E*os Gui*e to see why my ad had been taken down and they informed me that I had called earlier to have my ad taken down because I had to cancel the rest of my tour. Well, this same provider is the one who called and pretended to be me, and had my ad taken down.
She also stole money from me while traveling together. Of course she denies everything. Claimed to be a friend of mine. After getting to know her I realized that she was capable of doing these things. The two reviews in question are very similar, the only differencce is she posted the very negative one about me, and hers is listed directly under mine on the same date, however It's a positive one. I have asked TER to investigate, so hopefully they will remove it. It's sad that there are providers who act without heartfelt concern, however through this experience I've learned to be careful when choosing friends.

Ditto. I've heard for years of lady's making claims that another provider has wrote a negative review about them for whatever reason. The curious part is you NEVER hear who this lady in question is. Sort of like the dog eating the homework you were suppose to turn in. I'm not saying that this does not happen, but what I am saying is why bring it into a public setting, thus setting off a flame war between you and the person in question while everyone else sits back and watches as you two sling mud.

I would suggest a few things:

- Write a complaint to the TER staff. They are real good about removing or investigating false ads. Especially since they can see the I.P. address associated with the post. Give them the post of the lady you think self posted and the one negative one about you. The I.P. addresses should match up if she did it the same day during the same login session, on the same computer.

- Confront the lady in question directly. I for one get no joy out of a cyber cat fight. It brings both lady's down in my opinion. I know you need to protect your rep because it goes a long way in increasing your business, but fighting in public is not good. Step to the lady like a lady, if she denies it, like she will, at least she knows you have her on notice and will not back down from her.

- I for one look at the volume of info. If I see on negative review and 10 positive reviews, I wont discard the negative review, but it may also fall into the category of YMMV. We all have bad days or incorrect assumptions about what we think should happen which can lead to a bad encounter. Nobody is perfect. Michael Jordan doesn't always make the winning shot. If you are quality, quality gents will be able to tell the truth from the BS. I can tell real quick if a negative review is objective or if a person is trying to make it personal.
