I have had a couple of providers tell me they run specials on TER. Where would you find them?

When a local provider states that they post specials on TER, they are referring to posts they make discounting their rates on this bulletin board.  You just have to check the threads when providers post.... I hope this helps!!!

I've had a special this month discounting my rate by $50.  But when it ends up on the next page, gents miss it....So, keep looking!  They are there!!!

I've had 100 off regular price special running for this month for any provider willing to see me, but no takers.  I'm beginning to feel insulted and may run it in another city where there is greater appreciation of "specials" whoo hoo !
