I seem to have limited my selection of ladies by using agencies, some of the indys want direct references from the provider not from an agency. Any advice would be appreciated.

We are known for giving accurate and good references and are always happy too.  If a client has been naughty we will let a girl know and if he is a good client we will let them know.  I would trust an agency before a provider reference.

When an agency owner gets pinched they are facing felony charges. A independent gets pinched it's a misdemeanor.

Someone facing felony charges may be more likely to cooperate with LE by giving an undercover a solid reference when the undercover targets additional providers.

This is why some ladies will only use indepedents as references.

I have seen a lot of providers indicate they do not accept agency references, I agree an agency should be a more stable source.

Its a class A misdemeanor for the agency and a class b misdemeanor for the girls independant or agency.

I have no link. Im not a lawyer but I do have one in GA. Maybe one of the many lawyers that read this board can give us one or let us know the facts.
