I was wondering how many guys have bought Viagra (or similar product) and how it worked?  Second is have they gone to a doctor or can recommend a web site that they didn't have to see a doctor and just placed an order?  Thanks

I'm in the medical field and know about Viagra.  It does work quite well.  Some adverse reactions for people with heart problems and potentially high/low blood pressure.  There are two new drugs in this category (Levitra and Cialis) that are also quite good.  Levitra is similar to Viagra (pop a pill before you want to perform) but Cialis provides 36-48 hours of "readiness".  Probably worth a shot.

As with any drugs, get them from a doctor as there are many, many, many counterfeits out there especially in this space...

If you have medical need for assistance with erectile dysfunction go to a physician, preferably a urologist.

There are newer and better products than Viagra on the market and a urologist will evaluate your particular situation and prescribe the best choice.

Viagra is kind of hit and miss with me, but some of the others make me forget I am 52. And better yet let the ladies forget as well!

Almost always you will find erectile dysfunction as a secondary problem and the primary problem being problems with circulatory issues (bloodpressure, congestive heart failure, hyperlipidemia (cholesterol), diabetes.  These are all problems with circulatory issues.  If you choose to seek Viagra, Please see a physician and no why you have problems.  You need to treat the primary before the secondary cause if you don't you may get yourself into some serious acute medical problem at the wrong place / wrong time!!  There are many places online that will prescribe Viagra (just do a search for Viagra).  It is not as good as seeing a physician but if you choose this route then answer the questions honestly about your health.  If your found not to be a candidate to order Viagra online based on questions you answered then they will tell you to see your Doctor...Have FUN!!!!  Raven

What if the point of the question was not about that, but about obtaining and taking Viagra for "extended erectile function"? - i.e. make it hard and keep it hard for extended periods of time.

I've read the accounts of guys making trips to Costa Rica and popping "vitamin V" to help them get through the 3 or 4 (sometimes more) sessions per day they will do while down there.  Or, to provide super stamina for some really extended play in a single session.

That is my thought.  I saw an interview with Ashton Kutcher on Jay Leno and he said he got some from a "friend" and they worked wonders that weekend and he has no problems as I do not as well.  Thank you joc13 for reading between the lines.

My experience is similar to many guys.  I have used it on occasion with great results.  What it mainly does for me is gives me the ability to go more the one round with a gal (or several rounds) while maintaining a hard erection.  Under normal circumstance, I'll get hard as a rock and have a really great first round.  After that, especially when using a condom, I often have trouble getting and staying hard for subsequent rounds, even if the gal I am with looks like a model and has the mouth of a vacuum, but the V solves that.  With a dose of V, I cum the first time and while resting between rounds, my dick only goes semi-soft, and gets rock hard again with only modest stimulation.  V does not give me the ability to cum any easier nor more often, but it gives me the ability to stay hard easier and longer which drives the woman I'm with off the charts...

However, it still takes adequate excitement from my partner to really make it work.  I recently hooked up on a one night stand and popped a V before crawling into bed with the gal.  I had been drinking moderately and unfortunately, the gal was horrible in bed.  In this case the V does had virtually no effect on me at all because my partner was not exciting me at all.

So while the V is not a magic pill, it does have the ability to make decent sex great, and great sex mind blowing - IMHO.

Have yet to try the other ones out there, but would like to compare their effects on me.
