Are all the brazilian providers more flexible in their service when you "only" book a massage appointment or do you always have to tip ?

Since the "house" just charges a $200 fee for b2b, if the girl offers "sexo" for another $100, and happens to offer it to, say, undercover LE... then the "house" can claim they had no idea the girl would do this. They are covered.

If the "house" billed the girls as $300, fs inclusive, then there would be an easy pandering case to be made agaisnt them.

Also, not ALL of the Brazilian girls are fs... the $200 b2b gives them an out if either they don't offer fs OR if they just don't want to offer fs to a certain customer (the Brazilians are sometimes picky... if they like you, THEN suddenly they are fs; if they like you enough, fs is sometimes provided gratis. you never know...)
