I tried to do a search and couldn't find anything recent, but I'm sure you guys answer this question all the time. I know it's constantly being asked in San Diego.
It looks like there's really only one airport, so I don't have to worry about where to fly into. I visited Atlanta once before and stayed downtown, because usually that's a good, central location. Where I stayed was a pretty bad neighborhood, I guess. I'd appreciate some suggestions. Thanks!
Welcome back to Atlanta! Where to stay you ask? Do you mean geographically? Most would say the Perimeter area or the Buckhead area. Some would say downtown since they may live south of Atlanta. I believe that most of the gals have places around or near Buckhead, Perimeter, Midtown or Sandy Springs. You may want to ask this question on the Provider Board. I prefer the Buckhead area and live in the area. I don't like traffic and it's close to everything. There are SO MANY shopping areas, bars and restaurants in the Buckhead area. The major roads are close such as Georgia 400, I-75, I-285 and I-85. If asking for a specific hotel then you'll need to elaborate on your preferences for a hotel. I wouldn't want to stay downtown but that's my preference and you wouldn't want to pick a place that's unsafe and unfamiliar. Feel free to PM me for additional information.
As a client in the hobby scene, please let me first welcome you to our area. I hope that you have a great time here. My suggestions below are for possible bookings. I took a look at your web site and a few of your reviews. My suggestions are based on what I perceive as your market focus. Please feel free to PM me should you wish more detail.
1. Avoid Gwinnett County altogether. Many sting operations are there. The western portion of the county would not align with your market segment. The eastern portion has few hotels and is also hostile to the hobby. 2. Avoid the southern half of the metro area as it does not align with your market 3. A good area to try is north central metro area, in the center of the northern loop outside the perimeter. Focus your search on the Ashwood Dunwoody and I 285 intersection and move outward from there. Stay north of the perimeter. 4. Secondmost is Cobb County, north of the perimeter, along I-75.
The hotels in those area are good. It is the best fit for your client base.
Note - by perimeter that means I-285. The northern loop is the northern arc of that interstate. The connector is the joined north and south highways of I 75 and I 85, that is pretty much downtown. That is expensive. Also, is nto not a good as the two area mentioned above. The intersection mentioned above is also called the Perimeter Mall area. Lots of good hotels and is closest for those that would be your marketbase.
Gentlemen, any other thoughts. This place needs more women with great legs!!!!
