I actually like the idea of some standards, or at least guidelines, in performance review numerology -- I think the intent is to make the information in a review more meaningful to someone who has not yet seen a provider.
That being said, 2 very highly reviewed ladies (and I suspect many others), find it unacceptable. The comment that it potentially reduces a sensual experience to an equation is valid.
Specific input to the original question -- in my mind, it places too much emphasis on the oral component and not enough on the intercourse component of the session. Obviously those placing greater emphasis on oral disagree. This may be the underlying problem with such a scale -- different guys value different parts of the experience differently. Not sure I have a better formula though.

There is a frequent debate about grade inflation and inconsistent scoring. I have attempted to use a regular method to write reviews for many years. I learned this structure from a long term hobbiest many years ago who took the time to coach me on what was expected from a reviewer in order to be fair to the ladies and be reliable to fellow hobbiest.
Ladies/gents, I would like your input, is this something we should encourage again within the community to push a bit more alignment on what makes great vs average sessions? Are these factors reasonable? I admit not every session fits with these guidelines, but this structure has helped me to write and score reviews for a long time.

Hand Job Only score -1
CBJ score 0
BBBJ No Completion score 1
BBBJ Completion any way score 2
Kissing Maximum - 2 points
No Lip contact score -1

Poor Communications deduct 1 point
Nice Intermission (cuddles, cleans, massage) add 1 point
ATTITUDE varies can add or deduct 1 point
Extended Time blocks (more than 2 hours) add one per 2 hrs
Demands certain score deduct 1 point
Short Times you deduct 1 point
Last thought, if you and lady have total lack of chemistry, but she tries to offer session, give her a benefit of doubt score of 7.
Anyway, curious for feedback, would this type of system help remove some of grade inflation issues?

I love you brother, but I have to agree with Khori. It is the experience for me. It is never one menu item or her physical beauty, or lack thereof, that drives up the score. Hell, there are girls that are lacking in particular skills, or do not offer a full menu and still get a 9, or on rare occasions a 10. Khori, too bad TER will not let us rate to 11.

As to why we use this method even if it is flawed:
1. It allows for a first round filter for guys searching for certain type of lady. I want to know what services are offered and this allows for me to research very quickly. I look for ladies who are 9-10's and this lets me know quickly who to consider. It use to be that you couldn't score a 10 if a lady didn't offer anal and BBBJTCIM but that standard has long disappeared.
2. It only addresses the "type" of services offered.
3. It doesn't and shouldn't (in my opinion) address the quality of the services. Quality of service is addressed in the review section. Just because you get points for BBBJ doesn't mean it is a great one (understanding there are no bad ones just unfulfilling ones).
Any guy doing his research will look at: a. services provided scores, b. appearance scores (nothing is more "in the eye of the beholder" than this and the different opinions of what is a 9-10 is scary sometimes) AND c. other reviews of the reviewer to see if their tastes match.
I agree that Advisor's math reminds me of why I scored so poorly on my SAT's and it needs tweaking but he is on the right path.

I give points for the little things. The simple things she may think i don't notice.
1. If in-call when i arrived did she have refreshments available? Did she smell good upon my arrival?
2. When i blew my load did she bring me a warm washcloth to clean me up, or did she leave me there expecting me to clean myself?
3. Attitude did she seem genuinely happy to see me, does she enjoy her job?
4. In PTs earlier thread did she spit and soon as i came, or did she stay with the course and swallow?
5. Was she a "clock watcher" so far i haven't experienced this but it would lead to major point deduction.
The little things will always get her a higher score from me, Or could lead to a lower score. Just my 0.09
Sugesstion: Start seeing more providers and start fucking more.

The "performance" standard cannot be reduced to "services.". It needs to be the whole experience. If a woman seems genuinely happy to see me and really wants me to enjoy our time together, I'm going to rate her higher than someone who might offer more "services" but is clearly only in it for the money.
I also agree with Rocketman that it's the little things that impress me most.

It's the guys that are either blind or have no standards where it comes to looks that piss me off.
Truth be told, I am not too wild about TER scoring system where it comes to performance, some of the menu items required for higher scores are simply not that important to me, I don't have the slightest interest in gang bangs, really don't care if she is bi, and not that wild about Greek. OTOH I am fond of DFK, BBBJ is a huge step up from CBJ.
All in all though, the current rating system and profile gives me more than enough info to make my choices. I don't actually read too many of the reviews all the way through anyhow, so many of them read like frustrated writers or wannabe porn stars that I can barely stomach reading the non juicy details much less suffer through 250 words of delusions of grandeur. lol, Now if we could only buy all of these guys non rose colored glasses so they might be able to figure out that a fifty year old fat broad with warts on her nose and three chins does not qualify as a nine in anybody's book. That's where the REAL problem is, and I don't have a clue as to it's solution.
No where in the review form does it ask for a hobbyist score of the lady. You have 4000 characters for the introductory thought and 6000 characters for the "juicy details" from which TER management reviewers create a score based on your comments. And by the way, always remember YMMV from what you think someone else described.....

Correct that the form provides space for the general details and the juicy details but saying it doesn't ask for a score is incorrect. When filling out the profile questions your are asked for an appearance rating with a drop down and the rates are on a 1 to 10 scale with descriptors. ( I assume you know this already) Then the same is true for performance. I think that is scoring the lady, ie. her looks and how she performed during the session. Please explain your statement that the review form does not ask for a hobbyist score of the lady.
again, getting a score/rate for something that is offered but didn't happen in the session simply makes no sense. Performance score should be on what happened that day in that place at that time and 10 should always be on the table.
I don't think all this kinky-perv stuff is important. If not being able to sticking ur cock up a woman's ass is such a big deal then it seem you are missing the greater aura of it all.
I, for one, like daty & bbbjcim as well as everybody else, but I don't think you should punish a provider on her rating just becasue she's not as kinky as you are. This is a business for these ladies so be reasonable.
