I couldn't get on yesterday AM/could PM. Probably a server hiccup at Gina's end.
If you're having trouble with a page that usually loads loading, try putting cmd in a windows run box (win key +R) and at the prompt type: ping www.preferred411.com and see if the 4 packets ping.
You'll get this:
C:\Users\Acer-1>ping www.preferred411.com
Pinging www.preferred411.com [209.200.152.82] with 32 byte

You'll have the IP address from the ping and you can just type that into the IE address
bar like this and that might work sometimes when the url doesn't.
http://209.200.152.82 Ping won't always give the correct IP address but most times it will.
You can also run a tracert cmd at the prompt to follow the hops from your box to their server and see if their is a glitch along the way.
