Don't mention your race (unless asked....) - and you should be good to go. My GUESS is that you are making a big deal of the IR thing and she doesn't want to deal with it.
Most of the time you hear about it the other way.... SMH -... it's all pink on the inside!
Yeah chances are if you said you are white she felt you may be entitled to some special treatment. Just act normal as you would with any other provider and you will be fine. There are tons of high quality ebony women in ATL. Just use the search function here, find one you like, and write a review.
. . . if there are any racial or age restrictions on potential clients, but it should not hurt to check with her to be sure. Surprises usually aren't welcome when you walk in the door.
The reason should be obvious, White men are the majority of the marketplace, if ANY provider of any race decides not to see White guys she has just eliminated MOST of her potential clientele and that is just plain BAD business.
I would chalk your last experience up to being a one off anomaly, and simply contact the next black provider on your list, the chances of two providers in a row not wanting to see White men is off the charts. In fact there are a LOT more black providers who won't see Black men, than who won't see White men. Unless YOU did something wrong to turn her off, you shouldn't have any problems finding PLENTY of black women to take your money.
