you start in low and then shift up (in intensity) as momentum builds, otherwise everything stalls.  In my experience, lots of ladies have great technique but don’t do the ramp up.  Hands down, the best I’ve known in doing this are Sloane Rivers and Veronica.  It hits top gear when Sloane adds the prostate and Veronica adds the thumb and forefinger ring.  Wow.  The other dimension is varying the technique – some dt, some soft, fast/slow, etc.  Hands down, the best for this is Isabel Adair and, again, Veronica, both of whom have superb dt skills and, interestingly, the same position for getting the right dt angle.
