I definitely would have replied to myself.

But I would have liquidated my investments portfolio first and bet it all LOL.

This discourse is precisely what's wrong with this board.  To me one purpose of a topic like this is go invite commentary by ladies and gents.  I personally find this interesting for two reasons.  First it gives some insight into the ladies personality by how she chooses to participate and respond.  To me this is especially important for ladies with premium prices.  Second it gives me insight into other gents which helps me interpret their reviews to some degree.

So no the post is not directly related to the hobby but it has merit for other reasons in my opinion.  The issue i see is that there isn't enough engagement in a civil fashion which allows ladies and gents to gauge interest in one another.  I realize this takes up board space but at the end of the day the title is Discussion Board not Advertising Board

Secondarily if you don't like the post don't respond it literally is that simple.

about my observing both agencies and indies alike in this forum before using their services.

How they act in a forum provides direct insight into their personality has some bearing on how they conduct themselves in person.

Whether an agency or indie agrees with my posts is irrelevant. What matters to me is how they express their disagreement.

I've been suitably impressed with some providers' discourse in this forum and less so with others.

But that's just me.

Omega, post as much as you want but realize that sooner or later people on the board will simply stop reading or commenting when they see it's you...and thus you become 'whitenoiseomega'.

After almost 3 years on here, I seen it happen quite a lot. Only telling you this to help, not hurt.

I'm ok if people stop reading my posts or comment in response. I'm under no illusions as to my lack of popularity or influence in this forum. Since I don't take forum comments personally, I'm not overly concerned with people sniping at me or ignoring me. Besides, their only expressing their opinions and are completely within their rights to do so.

No, my posts are for those minority few who appreciate my perspective. They know who they are.
