Last week when I logged in I couldn't see any of my pictures. I reached out to customer service but got no response. I've been trying to login today but I keep getting an error message saying the site took too long to respond. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if I've lost all my pictures going back several years. If so, what other sites can I use that are compatible with Ter? Thanks for the help.
