From my understanding there are 4,items in the "10" list. As long as any three are available the a 10 is possible. If 2 are missing then a 9 is max, if three then 8 is max and if all four are missing then 7 is max. When I first start I misread and thought it any one of the list was missing then max was 7 but I have come to understand the rating rules differently since then.
