P.S. What happens iffin EVERYONE of you stay with the old format and refuse the new.. Im sure they can tell that their users are unhappy and not availing ourselves to the favor they thought they were doing for us. Im sure they must have had us in mind somehow? Im sure they thought we would appreciate and like it,maybe, just maybe... They will chnge their minds and have pity upon their users and just say OOPZ! LOL

I'm gonna give the new system a try.

BUT- I did notice that the new format did not alert me I had new mail (anyone else have that problem?)- that, I do not like....but maybe i just overlooked the notification.

broadband over dialup were readily apparent and easily understood by all.

None of these attributes apply to the new format of the website.

If the public's reaction to broadband had been like what we're seeing here now with this new format, I believe we'd still be using dialup today.

Identify what you do not like.  Break them down into individual topics and items (and number each point).  Provide a fix that would make things better for you.

Send a note to TER with your list of issues and fixes.  See what they do.  At the very least, you opted to be part of the solution.

to use the passive approach.

Let them change the website and watch the ensuing traffic drop to a trickle of its former self.

Granted, it's not a very proactive method, but it's also less time-consuming and troublesome.
