As far as STD's are concerned ANYTHING bareback is unsafe.  I think what some hobbyist or men in general fail to realize is that even though they may see a provider once every six months, three months or even once a week.  A popular provider can have up to 20 times more exposure to different paying hobbyist not including boyfriends or whomever she has in her personal life.

HIV is not in a high concentration of saliva or fluids unless there is the presence of blood or semen.  Therefore, French on women is far more safe for men that BBBJs are for women.  Especially BBBJTC. If a women has brushed her teeth before or after or she has eaten anything of any hard texture she has opened a window for exposure.  PERIOD!
