Why would you let some catty hooker talk you out of seeing a woman that you wanted to see? Isn't that one of the reasons rather high on our list of why we see hookers in the first place, so we can see whoever we want, whenever we want, without having to put up with a bunch of bullshit to do so?

Obviously if it were a guy posting and this had happened to him, he would have the ability to name names. You being a provider, that is not necessarily the case as you might never have any idea which women are sabotaging you.

I haven't had my references email me and write, for example - "you shouldn't book Wenchling because she has cats, she doesn't clean the litter box and they stink up her apartment". I have had one ask when I was going to book her again - but that's not the same thing.
If it has happened to you where a customer has been discouraged by another lady after you have called that lady for a reference - just ask the customer for another reference. Tell him it's something personal.. We'll believe it, we're guys. Women....((LONG SIGH))

Does it make you feel extra special when a lady becomes possessive over your bank roll? Hooking is a business so it's natural for a hooker to do a great job in order to protect her ROI. But I'd steer clear of ladies who talk trash about other ladies. Vindictiveness can be fatal and I recall in my days a lady like that who outed a pretty popular/involved member of this board to his colleagues and his family.
Do your part by being all grown up and limit your discussions with providers to the time you spend with that provider. NOBODY outside a drama lama is going to want to hear about your excursions with others. That's why TET exists...write your reviews, back channel other Johns, and keep your mouth shut about other ladies when you're in session. That's just common sense.

That there is rational thought going on when things like these happen. As if humans always weigh their words and actions against their possible consequences. All you have to do is read some of the posts around here to truly marvel at the thoughts (good, bad, and ridiculous) that come out of people's minds.
Why do humans do anything silly, irrational, or ultimately self destructive? Habit, paranoia, adrenaline rush, hormones, pride, emotional instability, panic, stubbornness? Even though we are capable of logical thought much of what we do is simply still reacting to stimuli - threats, real and perceived.
Something like this has happened to me a couple of times in my hobby career, but not in a long while. Both ladies I knew well and had a regular relationship with. I knew that they happen to suffer from trust issues with previous partners and/or parents. Sometimes the real world can bleed into the hobby world. And boundaries can get crossed. It's no excuse, but it does happen in this hobby. For both providers and clients.
In both cases we discussed boundaries. I made it clear what I expected of them. I said that my loyalty would come in the form of me seeing them regularly - when I could. But that I absolutely had the right and the expectation of seeing other ladies as well. They agreed, and we went on with life. Until the next time it happened...
Their self preservation instincts, jealousy, pride, or paranoia would just take over. It would override their rational brain which should have been screaming "be cool or you are going to lose a very good regular client - don't fuck this up!". But they did anyway.
Was I a chump for giving them a second chance? Maybe. But I know how many strange and irrational mistakes I've made in my lifetime. So I tend to forgive. The quality of mercy is not strained and all that jazz... And I like to believe in people's ability to overcome their destructive nature. And I like happy endings. Uh... Ok, two kinds of happy endings. LOL.
But the moral of the story is I did stop seeing them and moved on. And they never discouraged me from seeing whoever I wanted to see. If these two ladies had really taken the time to examine their words and actions rationally they could easily see the outcome we were headed for.
But thinking about something rationally just isn't in the cards for some people. It's a real shame
