Is it just me or do there seem to be a lot of new providers popping up that are $350/hour?  It was not that long ago that the only girls over $300 were highly reviewed 10/10 girls.  I guess the economy must be improving, because it is getting harder and harder to find good price/value options!

Yes the economy is improving when I decided to partake in p4p I ventured around 200/300 per HR providers.

I've expanded my budget to 200/400 HR providers mainly because of good investments.

Another example of the economy improving the level of customer service has gone to shit, 400/500 HR providers NCNS on appointments.
(And one particular agency owner who I won't name please retire already) Apparently this tells me they're doing well financially.

So yes the economy has improved, but I still won't vote for Obama lol.

I am also very unlikely to fork out $500/600 hr for a provider, unless I am traveling in an area where that's the going price like NYC.

As for Atlanta, there are literally hundreds of gorgeous women in the $250-350 hr range. I just don't see any reason to pay more. There are rare instances where some woman just hits my hot spot and I "have to have her" lol, on those rare occasions I'll fork out the money, but in a city with as many great choices that happens very, very rarely.

BTW it does come down to "value" for me, I can certainly afford to pay the higher prices, but I see no reason to.

I agree with others especially in Atlanta. There are far more great ladies at the $250/$350 level than I will ever be able to see.

I did notice some well reviewed providers raise their prices a few months back, but they all have gone back to their former prices.  ( Thank goodness.). So I doubt if the newer ladies are going to be able to keep the super premium rates.

I'm all for the women charging what they want and trying to make as much as they can, but I know plenty of lawyers and doctors who would LOVE to be able to charge $250/hr. On a consistent basis.  Lol.

I will offer another view of current events.

Atlanta has got a very active hobby community between the strip clubs and escorting.

There are at least 6 Atlanta agencies that I have dealt with that, IMHO, do not start the day attempting to rip you off and therefore are reputable to deal with.

With specials, which are coming so regular that they are no longer special, becoming the "new" baseline in pricing hot ladies can be arranged, for those that are careful and patient, for almost always at or below $250 per hour. And I suggest the new baseline will be $225 per hour within 12 months.

While I just went for a $350/$650 for 60/120 gal this week this is not the norm and I enjoyed the session and while I am likely to repeat I will not hurry to repeat just because I am finding, for me at least, that there are more attractive alternatives available with TER review 8 plus averages.

I believe that ladies are coming into the market @ $350 per hour that are relatively new to the hobby or relatively new to Atlanta and may have set their prices above the market. They are attracted to the vibrancy of the Atlanta adult scene and are fleeing less desirable locales. This is especially true, IMHO, for those ladies without much or anything in the way of reviews. They may or may not know where the current market is here in Atlanta, or perhaps were commanding and achieving the higher price elsewhere or  just want to find out for themselves what they can reasonably charge per hour and see the volume of clients per day or week that they require or expect to achieve their income goal; perhaps nothing more than "run it up the flagpole" price x quantity and see what the market will bear.

I would say that it is simply capitalism at work.

The economy is only improving for a limited few and I expect we will be in the next phase of the Great Recession (AKA depression) very soon.

My only hope is that it will be clear enough to 50.1% of the voters that the fellow in White House is in way over his head and has failed ECO 101 (not keynesian eco which I suspect he aced but rather Hayek and other free market thinking ECO which is the ECO that actually works in the real world); further, IMHO the economy has little chance of improving beore November 2012. Hopefully by then the "chickens will come to roost" and the Big O will face the music.

The good news for hobbyists? Deflation! I expect provider prices to drop - like on many other things that folks do not HAVE TO HAVE (let that debate commence now) while the price of stuff that we have to have is stable or increasing.

Again, IMHO, however I have lived long enough and studied this stuff sufficiently to hopefully have an informed view. That is my story and I am sticking with it.....

That's real interesting.  Out of the mouth of the resident cheap fuck whose always asking for special rates.  If your string of ladies are treating you so well with their prices, and service, why don't you give up asking ladies here to come up with special holiday promotional rates that fit YOUR budget.

Optimism is welcomed in most forms.  So as capitalism and competition in the world’s most oldest profession?  (Guy's position).  Because of high speed communication both extremes of higher prices and specials to co-exist.  Agencies understand the value of traffic and consistency versus a high sought after limited commodity.  Long term they take the earlier.  But, this is where the internet fulfills the gap.  As the quantity of valued commodity increases it can not help but to have an inverse effect of value.  There is more to choose from.  While "new and improved" marketing will always be offered, so as an educated consumer search for services with consistency and meeting expectations of perceived value.  One can sense from discussions in past several months that business is getting slower.  Just because these "limited commodities" have recent reviews does not mean they are soo busy be it their decision for a quality versus quantity argument and offer.  I bet that for most (higher priced) providers has a higher number of reviews per customers seen that of an average priced provider.  (Until they go under ground).  So just because they have more reviews does not mean they have significant or any more gross revenue.  (I guess).  Its the bragging rights effect on both of our communities.  Most financial indicators still are down.  Little retail increases does not account for these rapid increase declaration we have seen this week on the board. And because of the Internet, those who charges 1K per hour remain afloat.  While outliers exists in every economy, competition will thrive.

On the positive side maybe thing are getting better.  Maybe ladies sense something that some of us have not.  Hope our part will follow.  Later in the month, I believe pre-income tax sag should bring … much desired stock dip, for specials to come. (pun intended)

I agree completely, 9676forfun. I have seen some of the most wonderful women I have ever seen in this hobby in the last few months and a couple that have become immediate favorites.
I have had 2 sessions with ladies recently who are above my normal budgetary limit who were absolutely incredible and have almost convinced me to get a second job, oh wait I am unemployed, so convinced me to get a job. LMAO!

I also have a current lady who I can't seem to get enough of who falls in the average price range and she is amazing both sexually and personally. I may adopt her!

I think from my limited exposure that Atlanta has the finet selection we have had in a long time. Even in the strip clubs I am meeting some very cool and beautiful women. It is good to be a bachelor and a scamp all at the same time.

I know I will take heat for this but that is nothing new for me.

So here goes. When I look at the comments of some guys and then look at their reviews it is clear to me that we fall in different groups. Some guys call every woman a 9 or 10 or call 2 women 10's who are so far apart in looks that it is incomprehensible that they can justify it.

Some guys want to just go fuck something, some guys want something else. A great body, a fun personality, someone who has a special talent or skill we are seeking, a great dinner companion etc..

Now I have been called a cheap ass on this site for things I have said and maybe I am but one thing I have come to understand is that there will always be a broad price range in the hobby. If you want someone who charges 200 you can find her, if you want someone who charges more she is out there also. Conversely, if a lady wants to charge 200 she can do it and if a woman wants to charges 400, 500, 600 whatever her pool of prospective clients is smaller but that may be exactly what she wants. More money does not equate to a "Better" session but it may equate to some as a better experience. Due to the holiday specials I have had the opportunity to see 2 providers who I normally would pass up due to cost. I can honestly say that both of them were incredible women; beautiful, sexy, talented and intense experiences that left me wanting to see them again even if I have to save for it. Now are all ladies that charge this worth it? No I can tell you that there are several higher priced ladies that I have no desire to see due to what I see or hear on the boards.

I guess what I am saying is does it have to become an insult fest between those that want a cheaper deal and those who are willing to pay more for what they want. Come on people it is just sex. Pay what you want, see who you want but don't piss on others parade just because you choose not to see a certain lady due to cost.

I have had experience with all price ranges and the only difference that I can attest to is with a real courtesan which is getting harder and harder to find in this business and you want get the true feel with an hour appointment. If you can find a true courtesan and afford the multi hour appointment to get the full experience it is truly worth it

thinking that if they piss and moan enough here on the boards somehow the ladies that are charging more will get some revelation and lower their prices. What they don't seem to understand is it makes them look like cheap bastards. Ladies that have decided that their worth is more will let hell freeze over before they will believe otherwise.
It is purely supply and demand. The TER market is in the 250 to 300 range as a medium price point but there is a whole other world out there that could care less about TER and what the ladies charge. They have no problem in stepping up and paying the higher price for the value as they perceive it.  For those ladies who have tapped that market more power to them.

Suppose increasing rate only requires a new site& new glamor photos. Many newly independents seem to raise their rates. I am sticking with the known price/value.
