to have an online booking form if you do not check it and get back to potential clients?  I have filled out two "online booking forms" for two different agencies (one yesterday, one today) for an appointment tomorrow with not one reply (I will be in ATL from out of town tomorrow for one day only).  I have 18 "OKs" on P411 and supplied other references as well.  I don't get how you can operate a business like this.......

You come on griping about a general problem with contact forms and two unnamed agencies.
You tout all these P411 refs (it is pointed out to you that it is primarily an Indy site, so you might try there or contact #'s with the agencies or whoever you choose).  A provider even tried to give you some direction there for cantacting agencies Or Indy"s on P411 and you jumped on Her (several times)

You were given several suggestions and you aren't happy with any of them.  So what was the point of this??

Take you pissyness elsewhere guy.  Our girls are too nice and professional for this b.s.

I'm perfectly satisifed with my responses.  And Veronica can handle herself quite well without your help.

I am the only one that sees or screens info and the last few days I have gotten behind. Only about 1 out 8 people apply are looking for a appointment right away. The rest are just "tire kicking" or getting pre-screened for an up coming trip. I have asked my webmaster to add a field to for "When are you wanting an appointment", so I can prioritize.  In the meantime, I have been trying to email applicants right away to ask how soon they need to book, so I can get to them faster..

How many responses are you processing in a day.  I realize that you also have other duties but when I Submit a request I Always include the date and time that i want an appointment.  The Responses from agencies and independent providers are inconsistent as some reply Promptly while there are others  that I never get a response.  My point is if they do not respond then they do not want my business so I move on to those that will respond.

Sorry you feel that way; read my reply to Jasmine's post.  So you think a provider or agency not replying to messages is acceptable and makes good business sense?

Pretty sure she meant that you sound like the kind of guy who will complain about everything, regardless.

This wasn't an appointment request. This was a screening app that got delayed. I agree with your statement, and yes I do process appt request quickly as possible.

Jasmine contacted me today, got me verified and posted this reply.  Let me point out that I never identified which agencies I was referring to (there was more than one) even though some posters here thought that I should have done so.  This was never about calling out a particular agency/agencies or trying to publicly embarrass anyone.  It was a rhetorical question (that some either didn't get or chose to just be snarky about) that was just pointing out that it is rather useless to have email or online verifications/appointments if those mediums are not monitored closely.  While the hobby is a "hobby", it is also a business; and those who are going to be truly successful in it will get the point I was making.  Jasmine (Mariposa) was very kind and helpful and even though it was too late for me to book something with Mariposa today, I will certainly look forward to working with her when I am back in town.  The other agency I contacted via their online booking form, email and PM still has not replied.........needless to say, I won't be using that agency in the future.  I did not expect a public reply or apology for the oversight, but I appreciate the effort Jasmine made and it tells me she and Mariposa appreciate the business/customer relations side of this hobby.  Such class and response will be remembered at my next opportunity.

That you must have had an awful time at 1 or? agencys... Please we are all NOT the same. You do not know me nor do you know anything about how I run my show. So please do not lump us all together because of your sad history with a few people. I will agree that nowadays...... There are shady agencys left and right... You were just not lucky enough to meet me :) :) You have no idea how many independants I have working with me UTR...Must be a reason.. So Shouting out to skewerr ALL agencys is unfair. I dont know where you worked before but if you had/have issues with them. Keep it with them.
