Protection - No There are many cases where provider reference ended up bogus. There is no 100% protection. I happen to think that agency owners are lazy so they don’t respond.
Ok why ask for all my personal information and numbers if they don't follow up on them? It seems they are only relying on references from providers which... If you don't have any or they don't respond back to them make them obsolete!
Actually, I have followed the advice, I've contacted a couple of agencies and P411 with the same result. Why don't you check out the post someone put up yesterday on the general newbie board c/o the same thing and maybe realize it isn't me just whining....it is an issue people are having and maybe by discussing it on here the agencies will look into a different strategy. But thanks for your useful constructive critism.
Does not mean you are going to get the appointment. I do newbie screening, which is where someone has zero provider references. But just because you supply us with the info does not make it a done deal. Maybe we can not find enough information on you to make us comfortable, maybe something brought up a red flag. I don't think you personally have tried booking with us, but these may be some reasons as to why you aren't getting a session. Maybe you just don't pass screening. And the number one priority is to make sure that the girls are safe.

OP’s question was why no replies. It appears OP is willingly providing the information you are asking through a web form, email whatever. Why not ask for additional information if that is what is needed instead of no reply at all.
Everyone got started somehow. I didn’t have references either when I first started one Agency owner took chance on me after talking to me at length. She must have felt comfortable.
The comment about "a red flag" is the answer. Many providers/agencies don't respond at all if they are uncomfortable with information they uncover on a potential client. While it may come across as rude, it is a form of protection for them.
You are exactly correct in my point. If additional screening is needed then of course we ask. However, if there is a red flag of any sorts, you more than likely will not hear back.

And I know that she does not suffer from sloth (laziness). I can also speak to one other agency owner " Exotic Flavours" who owner is not lazy in the least. Also if you do not pursue this hobby with a certain level of paranoia you well likely find yourself introduced to either LE or a dangerous encounter.
Tee-hee!!!!!!! When you said "one Agency owner took a chance on me after talking to me at length." Boy, I wonder who that was????? Lol----She's super sweet but could talk an ear off!!!!!!! Hahahaha Am I right in my assumption?
