Being both a Pro Football AND Hockey guy, my years are pretty complete.
Football training camps start in July, and season in September through February, and Hockey starts camp in September and goes through June, leading right back into football training camp all over again in July.
And, with football games at least twice a week, Sunday, Monday, and an occasional Thursday, and hockey almost every night or weekend afternoon, I'm set year round.

and thanks for calling them Orangemen. Jim Brown was an Orangemen not an Orange. i may be female but i despise PC.

I don't miss football b/c I'm not a fan of football. I like Hockey!

Only Hockey has the Lange-isms like:
"He's Smilin Like a Butcher's Dog!"
"Make Me a Milkshake Malkin!"

and my fave:
"Get in the fast lane, Grandma, the bingo game's ready to roll!"
